The specific manganese-aluminum alloy that we use for this fuselage has significant strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The addition of large amounts of manganese controls the grain structure, which in turn results in a stronger alloy.
The shape itself is designed to minimize hydraulic structure resistance and increase performance for kitesurfing.
CNC shaped to have the smoothest surfaces and hard elox 50um surface treatment. This fuselage is state of the art in aluminum milling.
Always keep the threaded holes clean and lubricate often by using Lithium grease (code MHW033) to avoid and prevent oxidation and corrosion due to sea water.
