1st Pumping a Monofoil in the flat
Started to use my nice Levitaz HA1100 cm² Monofoil with the great 70 l BRACURU Custom Wingboard for Pumping which seems to work pretty nice. A bit more cardio training and no problem to get over 60 sec, guess where to end with such a high efficient setup with no Brake (Stailiser) installed.
